Benefit Velvet Eye Shadows in Leggy and Dandy Brandy Review and Swatches

You probably already know that I am a huge fan of Benefit cream eye shadows! But what about the  powder eye shadows?

I have 2 shades which were a part of one Benefit set which I got for myself last Christmas.

The shades that I have are: Leggy (pink nude satin) and Dandy Brandy (copper spice) which both are beautiful colours and can be  worn every day.

These shadows are great: they are pigmented and, as they name says, velvety, go on very smoothly and have an amazing pay-off. It’s a pleasure to use them as they go on like a dream and it’s easy to blend them.

Since these are so buttery and “creamy”  I suggest using a primer if you have oily lids.

As you can see I am impressed with the quality of the shadows which is not a surprise because I liked everything from Benefit that I’ve tried (so far) just some things more and some less.

The price is £13.50/$18 for 3 g/0.11 oz.  I really wish there were more shades to choose from.

  1. I’ve used for quite a long those two shades, they are completely incredible. They are perfect as an everyday shadow, completely recomended. I use them with Too Faced eye lid primer and works pretty well.
