Clarins Enchanted Colour Quartet & Liner Palette Review and Swatches

I think it’s about time I start telling you about Clarins summer makeup collection  as I have already gave them all a good try.

I want to start with the Quartet & Liner Palette as it is the star of the collection (and my favourite) and I have been wearing it almost every day for the last two weeks.

Here is how it looks like, the flower on top is just beautiful. It also come in a red pouch which is handy for travelling.

Here is how the eye shadows look like and, unfortunately, mine are not that pretty any more as I have been using them a lot.

All the shades are pigmented and smooth and I also really love that they included a purple shade, too.

I have tried a lot of looks this this palette and my favourite one, surprisingly, is: the lightest shade,  which actually hardly gives any colour but is very sparkly and glittery  all over the lid and the eye liner together. It looks fantastic  in the sunlight.

I also love to smudge dark brown pencil around the lash line top and bottom and the apply the dark brown on top.

The light brown looks also looks great with tan and on blue eyes.

As for the purple, it is such a  gorgeous one, it is iridescent with blueish sheen to it.

The eye liner stays pretty well on me but I don’t really have problems with smudging as my eye lids are not oily at all. I imagine it may smudge or crease on people with oily lids as it is not as long lasting as some gel liners. I actually also wore it as a shadows and loved the effect, too.

Here are the swatches.

The price is £30/$40

I have got my palette from Clarins.
