Cowshed Lazy Cow Soothing Bath & Body Oil Review and Photos

My love affair with Cowshed continues, this time I have picked up their Lazy Cow Soothing Bath & Body Oil. It is originally £20 for 100 ml but, since it was on sale for around £14, I had to get it.

This oil contains essential oils of jasmine, chamomile and sandalwood. I personally really love the relaxing and calming woody oriental scent. It is quite subtle and not as concentrated as I’d like it to be, but it’s still nice.

Multi-purpouse  products are always a win-win situation, so, as you can guess, I am very happy with my purchase.

As my skin is very dry, this is a God-sent product for me. I use it as a bath oil, as a body oil and as a massage oil.

I’d like to mention that when I use it as a body oil I apply it on damp skin, I don’t even  dry it with the towel. It works great for me as my skin is very dry and absorbs the oil quickly, locking the moisture, without leaving the residue. However, if your skin is not as dry as mine, you probably should towel-dry it first.

I think this is a perfect product for an Autumn/Winter season as it has a comforting and relaxing scent and works great for dry skin. And did I mention that it can be used as a massage oil? 😉

You can see the full list of the ingredients at Cowshed’s website.

Christmas 2012 sets

I have already tried products from different ranges, so I’d like to try something from these ranges in the future:

Spoilt Cow (Indonesian Sandalwood, French Linden Blossom and intense Rose Absolute)

Horny Cow (rose absolute, patchouli and cinnamon)

Wild Cow (lemongrass, ginger and rosemary)

Moody Cow (rose geranium, linden blossom and frankincense).

And I also plan to get this set of candles as a treat for myself!
