La Roche Posay Respectissime Eye Makeup Remover

This feature will be short and sweet. Long time readers know that I only use special eye makeup removers to remover my liner-mascara-eye shadows. I do not like the feeling of a balm in my eyes and just don’t like my eye makeup all over my face.

Since I use it on a daily basis, I usually go for Nivea or Garnier which I both like. They are very often on offer, so you can easily get them for £2, if not cheaper.

However, I’ve decided to experiment and try new eye makeup removers, so I’ve been using Clarins, Simple and Avene,  among others. I actually save “Empties”  stories on my Insta, so feel free to follow. But it’s  La Roche-Posay Respectissime Waterproof Eye Make-Up Remover that won me over.

It is just such a great product. It removes the makeup so easily (I have not tried it with waterproof mascara, to be honest, as I  currently don’t have any in my routine).  No rubbing, no cloudy vision, no residue. It is efficient, quick, and not as expensive as some of the similar products. And I kinda like the bottle. I would definitely repurchase.

You can get yours  for £11 from Feel Unique  and  Boots

Ingredients: Aqua/water, Isododecane, Isopropyl Palmitate, Potassium Phosphate, Sodium Chloride, Poloxamer 184, Dipotassium Phosphate, Hexylene Glycol, Polyaminopropyl Biguanide, Ci 61565/green 6, (Code Fil: B3591/3)

Speaking of LRP and empries, I have recently used up their Vitamin C serum which is a favourite of a lot of people. I did like it, too.  Also, it’s worth mentioning that the brand just launched  Retinol 0.3% + Vitamin B3 Serum 30ml, £38. That sounds like something I’d like to try.
