Love It. Freya+ Scandinavian Skin Science

It’s not a secret that I LOVE E-V-E-R-Y-T-H-I-N-G about Scandinavia. I actually feel sorry for people who  studied with me at university because every time we had to do some kind of projects, and we studied culture, arts and history (among other subjects) you can guess what region I was always talking about. And I mean it – always!

There are a lot of reasons why I am so fascinated by Scandinavia but that could be a topic of a whole different blog, so I better leave that alone.

And, yes, I had to  post the photo of Alexander  and Swedish flag.

So obviously I was very excited to find out about the skincare range called Freya+ Scandinavian Skin Science. It has my name all over it! I haven’t tried anything but I love the idea, love the design, love the name.

“Freya’s breakthrough, patented nano-encapsulation process allows for salmon-based Omega-3s to be used for the very first time in topical skin care treatments. Norwegian Bilberry, Cloudberry and Lingonberry are three native northern fruits that are rich in potent natural anti-oxidants, making them skincare powerhouses. The Lingonberry is rich in Vitamin A, B and C, calcium, magnesium, essential fatty acids and flavonoids, most notably quercetin, an antioxidant and anti-inflammatory. The Cloudberry touts a very high concentration of vitamin C and the Norwegian Bilberry is a deep blue fruit that contains high levels of anthocyanosides, plant pigments that have excellent antioxidant properties, as well as Vitamin C. ”

Sounds amazing to me.

If you want to find out more check out their website here. I’ve read almost all the content actually.

The prices start at $45 but I would totally give it a try.
