Clarins Extra-Comfort Foundation Review and Swatches. Rave

I have already reviewed Clarins  Instant Concealer  which is pretty awesome. But what about the foundation from the line?

Clarins Extra-Comfort Foundation (£35 for 30 ml) comes in a glass jar which is very chic and luxurious to look at,  but not very practical (especially when you are in a hurry) in so many ways. But that is the only thing that’s not my favourite in this foundation, everything else I adore.

I am wearing Clarins Extra-Comfort Foundation and Instant Concealer which I will definitely review in the future. But so far I really like both. This is a great foundation for dry skin, it gives a dewy finish and feels comfortable and non-drying. As for concealer, it doesn’t feel heavy or cakey but, at the same time, gives a nice coverage.

Once again, it’s nice to see that the good ol’ foundations are back. I already did several  features about the new releases and this time it’s all about Clarins!

The brand is releasing a new foundation and concealer this September, so let’s take a look!

Extra-Comfort Foundation (£35 for 30 ml, glass jar)

The shades are: 103 Ivory, 105 Nude, 107 Beige, 108 Sand, 109 Wheat, 110 Honey, 112 Amber 113 and Chestnut 114 Cappuccino


Everything about this foundations sounds incredible:  It is supposed to moisturize the skin and help to reduce the dehydration, as it contains a Plant Micro-patch (Brown Algae extract and Acacia gum), Organic Argan Oil and White Tea.

Extra-Comfort Foundation protects from the UV rays and pollution.

What about the formula and finish? The brand promises us radiant and luminous skin which is achieved with the help of soft focus pigments combined with pearls.
