Since I am wearing an eye liner (almost) every single day, it has to be the best possible product on the market which meets all my expectations.
And Clarins Graphik Ink Eyeliner does.
I honestly cannot think of anything I did not like about this liner. It is ultra black, glossy, glides on like a dream, does not drag the skin. It also stayed on pretty well on me, I did not have any smudges during the the day.
A special shout out to the tip. It is the only type that I use on myself, and it allows both thin and thick application. While I love using thinner liners on others, I myself have hooded eyes so want my liner to be relatively thick without going over numerous times. It truly allows any type of lines.
Needless to say I’ve used it up completely.
I am a big fan and would definitely repurchase at some point. When I get bored of trying new ones. Currently I am using byTerry one, and it is also incredible.
The price is £21/$27, and considering that it will last you for a few months, I find it to be a good deal. Clarins is available from Selfridges,Harrods, Escentual.com, Nordstorm, Sephora, Bergdorf Goodman.
Last time I wrote about my favourites was in February so it is time a for an update.
I’ve collected some of the things I have been loving the most in the last several months, so since there are quite a few items I’ve divided this feature in two parts, and we’ll start with beauty.
I am a huge fan of the brand, and their products really work for me. While they are quite expensive, I think it is worth the investment, as you only have one face, and you can definitely see the difference with Omorovicza. I have been using both products since March and the serum is practically gone, while there is still at least half of the bottle of the cream. I have dry and sensitive skin, and I am in my early 30s, and I can tell that the skin is smooth and glowing (there is an instant effect straight after the application), it also helped battling the tight, grey and flaky post-winter skin. On top of it, I personally love the scent, sensation and the design. And, yes, when you are paying this much every detail matters. I am now eyeing one of their cleansers. By the way, I have also been loving this cream skincare wise a lot in the last several months.
Speaking of cleansers, I’ve almost used up Darphin Aromatic Cleansing Balm (from Look Fantastic, Nordstrom, House Of Fraser) which is a cult product in the industry already. And let me tell you – rightly so. First of all, as the name suggests, it smells absolutely incredible, there is something soothing and relaxing about using it at the end of the day, it is like a well deserved “me time”. I also love the cleansing properties and how soft it makes my skin feel. While I never remove my eye makeup with this type of cleansers, I find that it does the job of removing face makeup really well, and it is a great product for a facial massage. In fact, in April we had some quality time with my girlfriends and we were all doing a 20 minute facial massage with this gem, and I can testify that they all were hooked as well.
This Spring Clarins are bringing out new shades of the eye shadows and the cult lip balms. But there is also a new item – a SOS Base. And knowing how well Clarins do a hybrid of makeup and skincare I have high expectations.
4-Colour Eye Palette (£34/$43) in 07 Lovely Pink
I am a huge fan of these palettes, and even included Oud in my yearly favouites. Here is my review. Now I actually have one more shade – 02 Rosewood.
Instant Light Natural Lip Balm Perfector, £18.50/ (my review of the other shades)
in 08 plum and 07 hot pink

Boosts radiance, brightens the face. The shades are: 00 universal light, 01 rose, 02 peach, 03 coral, 04 green and 05 lavender and each shade is targeted to solve a particular issue.

I haven’t posted a “New Purchases” feature in ages because I haven’t really been buying beauty products lately, but here is finally a round-up of my newest picks (which I have already posted at my Instagram).
Clarins Gentle Foaming cleanser for dry or sensitive skin
I have posted about Clarins cleansers and toners, and about to publish the second part. This is actually the only Clarins cleanser (suitable for my skin type) that I haven’t tried yet, so it was about time. So far, I enjoy using it so expect a feature.
Clarins Day Screen Multi-Protection SPF 50
This is a must have product in my daily skincare routine, in fact, I have
It has been a while since I’ve dedicated a feature to a single new product but these new cute balms from Caudalie deserve it. It is such a brilliant marketing, let me tell you. Not like I need a new balm but who can resist a “French Kiss”? Let me introduce Caudalie French Kiss Tinted Lip Balm.
There are three shades: Innocence (natural pink; light vanilla-orange scent) Seduction (delicious pink; light vanilla scent) and
