The Best Planners: The Inspired Stories

These days I don’t often attend events or product launches, but last Saturday, 16th August, I made an exception and went along to the preview of the new 2026 planners by The Inspired Stories.

My family and friends know that I love a good planner and a list, and I’d like to think of myself as an organised person. So when I heard about this event, I knew immediately that I had to buy a ticket. I’ve been a customer of the brand since 2018 (they launched their very first planner in 2017), and in my view, they remain the very best on the market. If you follow me on Instagram, you may even recall my posts about them over the years.

I really enjoyed the event! It was divided into three sections with breaks in between. The first part was Zane Roebuck, the founder, who shared the story behind the brand. It was such a pleasure to see someone speak with genuine passion about their work.

In the second block, Annasley Park shared how she crossed the Atlantic Ocean by herself in a boat, how she prepared for it, and about the experience itself. I am hard to impress, but I was speechless and in awe. I encourage you to look it up. Her story made me want to do something (nowhere as epic as what she did), I’ve been planning for years a reality in 2026, fingers crossed!

Unfortunately, I had to leave earlier and missed the breathwork workshop, the last session of the event, which I was gutted about. But at least I go to yoga twice a week, and we practice some breath techniques there.

As for the planners themselves, I usually opt for the black design (except for two years), but this time I found myself torn between black and burgundy. In the end, I went with black once again, though a small part of me still wishes I’d chosen burgundy! Format-wise, I switched to the daily format three years ago and absolutely love it.

Some of my favourite features are writing down the “best thing” about each day, and reflecting on the week’s highlights. It’s such a positive habit and really helps me to focus on the good. I also enjoy setting out plans at the beginning of each month, it keeps me on track and motivated.

Since I usually talk about beauty here, above you can see the beauty products from the goody bag, and I am looking forward to trying them all!

The Inspired Stories’ new collection is launching on the 26th of August, so make sure you check it out.
