Three Affordable Eye Creams

There are a lot of opinions about eye creams, and it is up to you whether or not you believe that it is effective. I personally started using one on a regular basis from my early twenties, maybe even when I was nineteen.

Having very dry skin, I can always see a difference, and I don’t want my under eye area to look as if I am at least 15+ older than I actually am.

I have recently finished two of my favourite eye creams so decideded to get something new.

I am ready to pay for a good product, as long, as it is effective. But I do realize that not everyone can/wants to. This is why I have picked up three eye creams from Lumene, which is a (non-expensive) Finnish brand to see if they are any good.  Maybe I will be able to recommend them in the future when I am asked for good affordable eye creams…

I have bought:

ARCTIC AQUA Deep Moisture Eye Gel
“Helps alleviate the feeling of tightness caused by skin dryness. Helps to keep your skin soft and well-nourished and reduces dark circles under the eyes.”

“A refreshing formula full of antioxidants from Arctic cloudberry together with highly effective encapsulated vitamin C helps to eliminate dark under-eye circles.”

ULTRA SENSITIVE Comforting Eye Cream
“Moisturizes, soothes and helps to reduce redness. Supports the skin’s own protection mechanism.”

I am hoping to like at least one of them.

And please feel free to recommend your favourites. I have heard a lot of positive feedback about Kenzo eye cream..

You can buy Lumene on-line here, here and here.

  1. Well I live on Lumeneland… and I think they do pretty good eye creams. Arctic aqua isn’t that moisturaising, but I used that on winter so maybe it wasn’t meant to be my winter cream… and arctic line has good face serum. On winter I use Sensitive touch or Lumene Lab series or hydra drops on cheaper end. I think Lumene has gone long way from my childhood (wich was years ago..) and is pretty good series and there is one thing you can count on; they wont make their products on dodgy countries and use child as workers,.
