So often we want the things that we can’t get easily… Why is that not surprising?!
I like browsing on-line shops to discover the new brands. So here is the brand that caught my attention recently.
It is called Pacifica and the products are described as ‘eco-friendly, vegan and free of sulfates, mineral oil, parabens, phthalates, and propylene glycol.’ I have heard of this brand before (and read some lovely reviews) but I have never tried it.

I really love the lines that they have as they sound really delicious: Mediterranean Fig, Tuscan Blood Orange, Hawaiian Ruby Guava, Brazilian Mango Grapefruit, Indian Coconut Nectar, Malibu Lemon Blossom, Tahitian Gardenia, California Star Jasmine and French Lilac.
For this holiday season you can try their products in form of the solid perfumes SOLID PERFUME GIFT BOX- BESTSELLERS($65) or soy candles SOY CANDLE GIFT SET – BESTSELLERS (3 oz each, $45, below). That would make a totally lovely present, I think.

This stuff is amazing!! I’m a HUGE fan of the tuscan orange scents, and the Indian Coconut Nectar. You’ll absolutely love this stuff.

Hmm Pacifica… Where do I start. I went to the US this November, and before that I read about lovely reviews, so I naturally wanted to check their products out at Sephora. The only thing I can report is that sadly, they don’t work with my body chemistry at all (I tried the Magic Carpet Ride set including Tuscan Blood Orange, Indian Coconut Nectar, and Island Vanilla). I had never previously encountered any problems of this sort, so I was positively shocked. I like the company philosophy and everything, but before you make any purchase you might want to find out (one way or another, since I gather you’re based in the UK) if the scent works on you.

The candles are amazing, some great scents. I have seen the occasional Pacifica gift set in TK Maxx with a mixture of candles and body products, so might be worth a look to sample some of the products before splashing out on overseas mail order!
