Empties: Body Creams. Elemental Herbology, Ahava, CeraVe

I go through body creams like there’s no tomorrow, and here is my previous feature on the 3 body creams  I’ve used up. So here are 3 more, and expect more of these posts in the future.

Important note for new readers: I have very dry skin.

I really like Elemental Herbology but never tried anything for body from them so the Watermelon and Cucumber Body Moisturiser (£22  Look Fantastic and Amazon) sounded like a great thing to begin with.

This is an easy-absorbing light lotion which leaves the skin hydrated and silky. I also really loved the cucumber and watermelon combo, I  found it light and refreshing. Last but not least, I am also a fan of the bottle, minimalistic and chic.

I’d say it’s a lovely lotion for warmer months, and it is not as expensive, as some similar products.

CeraVe   Moisturising Cream for Dry to Very Dry Skin ( £13 Boots and Amazon).
CeraVe has a cult following, and rightly so. Their products are very effective and are not expensive at all. This can be used every both of face or body, although I’ve only used it on body. Scent-free, non-heavy but highly effective, it really smoothed and soften the skin even in cold(er) weather. Plus, 340g pot, which I’ve had, lasted me for  a while.
Ahava Dry Oil Body Mist  Mandarin & Cedarwood (£25 from Amazon)
Ahava is famous for their body oils so when I was able to get a mini version for just £7, I had to buy it straight away. And I  did like it, not only it helps to battle the dry skin but also gives that beautiful radiant glow. Such a pleasure to use after the shower! I also like the subtle sophisticated scent.
