Holiday Gift Guide: Jo Malone Sets

In my opinion Jo Malone is an amazing gift to receive on Christmas.  I’ve got myself  their set last Christmas and I just couldn’t be happier!

Here is a sneak preview of some products that will be available this holiday season.

I am excited to see that they’ve added a touch of red to their sets because red, black and white is a gorgeous combination.

The cologne collection set is probably the best one to get for someone who is new to the brand. This year it includes: Grapefruit, Pomegranate Noir, Wild Bluebell, Red Roses, and Vanilla and Anise.

As for the World of Jo Malone set, it includes: Orange Blossom Body Creme (1.69 oz.), Grapefruit Body and Hand Wash (1.69 oz.), English Pear and Freesia Cologne (1.01 oz.), Nutmeg and Ginger Bath Oil (0.01 oz.), Pomegranate Noir Travel Candle (2.11 oz.).

As for myself, I would love to get

Jo Malone Red Roses Scented Home Candle and Jo Malone Red Roses Bath Oil.

Yes, I love roses. Let’s just hope that someone who needs to see this post will see it 😉

  1. Hi Marina 🙂
Never tried any of Jo Malone’s fragrances, but with all these new gift sets looks like a good time to try some out. The red roses candle sounds real lovely.
PS I wanted to tell you what a great job you did with your Autumn 2011 edition magazine. Fabulous as usual 😉
I did enjoy reading your interviews with Gina Brookes and Rebecca Morrice Williams. Although I’m a little confused when I saw in your Becca interview that she recommended the Mineral SPF 30 Primer. I have been wanting to try this primer, but I can’t find it nowhere! I’ve checked their site, both US & Australia, Zuneta too and do not see this product. On dermstore.com it says discontinued by manufacturer 🙁 Do you know perhaps why it’s been discontinued? When I went to the store in Las Vegas that carries this line they did not have it either, although I did purchase the Luminous Skin Colour, concealer, a cheek tint, eye tint, & the gorgeous lost weekend eyeshadow palette all thanks to your postings! Lol, yes I went overboard & will have to work some extra shifts to make up for the lost of money, but I’m loving every item! Good stuff as I’d imagine the primer would be too 🙁
    xx Naomi

    1. Hi Naomi,

I have the Red Roses cologne and it’s divine, reminds me of rose jam my Mum used to make when I was a child. But not everyone I know is a fan of such scent 🙂

Thank you so much, I am really happy that you did enjoy the magazine. Also happy to hear about your purchases 🙂
Actually that primer is my favourite one, too. I know a lovely girl who works for the brand so will ask her and will write you back. I can send you an e-mail if you prefer? x

      1. Oh Marina, that would be so kind of you if you can. I would really appreciate it 🙂 Right now I’m using hourglass mineral veil primer which I do like, but want to try Becca’s considering it has an SPF of 30 instead of 15. With my fair, sensitive skin I need all the protection I can get! lol
        Thank you 😉

        1. Hi Naomi,
Here is the reply I’ve got “The primer is actually being re-formulated as due to Australian law we had to change a few ingredients, so it is currently unavailable. We are expecting that the new and improved Mineral Primer will be re-introduced at some point next year, however we do not have a specific date as of yet. We are all eagerly awaiting its return as it is a firm favourite, but rest assured it will worth the wait.”

          1. Hi Marina,
Got your email 😉 Thank you so much for finding out for me. I shall be looking out for it in the new year. Many thanks :*
