New In: Serums and Oils To Start The Year

Beginning of the year is a great time to invest in a new facial oil or serum, or better – both. I personally bought myself a rose oil from REN but here are three brand new products that you may be interested in.

And while some brands that were originally specialising in beauty are now launching skincare, brands that produce makeup  are now very much into launching skincare lines. Here are two examples – Bobbi Brown and Trish McEvoy. Laura Mercier launched a rose oil not a long time ago, too.

Bobbi Brown Skin Moisture Solution – Intense Rehydration Compound £29.50 from Selfridges and  $45 from Saks.

Bobbi Brown just launched Bobbi Brown Remedies line, just in time for 2017, and the product shown is “formulated for severely parched, uncomfortable skin, this Sodium Hyaluronate-infused solution works like a moisture magnet, instantly binding moisture to skin’s surface. The result is deeply moisturized skin that’s supple, never taut. Helps increase skin’s natural moisturizing factor-Helps restore skin’s optimal moisture levels-Minimizes tautness. A concentrated infusion of moisture featuring Hyaluronic Acid Complex to pull moisture to the skin and support skin’s natural moisturizing factor.”

Trish McEvoy Beauty Booster Oil  $128 from Saks and Nordstrom

” A highly concentrated serum that contains 30% hyaluronic acid to enable skin to attract and retain maximum moisture while enhancing your moisturizer’s performance. Who it’s for: All skin types. What it does: It maximizes skin’s moisture capacity while dual-action peptides stimulate natural collagen production and antioxidants to help protect skin from damaging free radicals. This serum is especially for those with dryness or dullness and who want an immediate improvement in the appearance of fine lines with cumulative improvements over time.”

Aesop Parsley Seed Anti-Oxidant Serum £49 from Cult Beauty and $73 from Saks

“A concentrated hydrating serum that is ideal for both normal and sensitive skin, this aloe vera-based moisturizer uses a complex blend of anti-oxidant ingredients to hydrate, soften and fortify skin, making it an appealing alternative to creams or oil-based hydrators.”

I am a huge fan of Aesop Parsley Seed mask, so would definitely love to try the serum, too.
