Looking for a new bronzer? You can see some of the new ones here – summer 2016 launches.
But here are there options from Gueralain, Bobbi Brown and NARS that caught my attention.
Guerlain Terracotta 2016 Original Bronzing Powder, £36 from Harrods and $53 from Saks.
Cult Terrracotta bronzers are out again! They offer “an instant natural glow, at any time of year, in one quick, easy motion. Its formula, enriched with moisturising active ingredients, does not dry out the skin. It ensures long-lasting comfort. Neither too shiny nor too powdery thanks to an ultra-thin film which perfectly embraces all the contours of the face.” Shades: Golden Deep, Moyen Brun, Intense, Nat Blondes, Brunettes, Blondes (shawn), Nat Brunettes and Moyen Blondes.
Bobbi Brown Face & Body Bronzing Powder, $48 Nordstrom
“A warm, sunkissed glow is always gorgeous. For a limited time, Bobbi’s Bronzing Powder in best-selling Golden Light and Medium is available in an oversize tortoise compact that’s ideal for achieving totally natural, all-over color year-round. Compact includes a large mirror.”
I have actually used a Blonde shade from previous years and it is really goof, not dark or orange at all.
Finally, NARS brought out their Tahiti Bronze collection with body oils and bronzers, and it is the NARS Laguna Liquid Bronzer,($40 from Neiman Marcus and £28 from Selfridges) which seems to be the most interesting product.
“Now a breakthrough bronzing fluid. Sheer and ultra-versatile, this weightless innovation contours, bronzes, and blends effortlessly. Create any effect under the sun by wearing bare or mixing with makeup for an allover, healthy-looking glow.”
Speaking of bronzers, my favourite one is still Trish McEvoy.
