I know that a lot of readers come to Makeup4all for all things Clarins, so here, as promised, is my guide to Clarins toners. I did a detailed review about each product, so this post will be a brief summery, you can read all the details by clicking the links.
Before we start, I’d like to mention that I have very dry and sensitive skin, and my age group is 26-30.
Toners
One-Step Facial Cleanser with Orange Extract (review)
Such an amazing orange scented product which gently cleanses the skin, leaves is super smooth, soft and glowing. A must have here. Will re-purchase in the future. Can I say once again that I love it?!
Clarins Water Comfort One-Step Cleanser with Peach Essential Water (review)
This is a nice product which smells of peaches and cleanses the skin but I’d say that since my skin is so dry I loved the cleanser with orange extract better. However, if you don’t like duo-phased products and find them sticky or heavy – this is a very nice product to consider. There is also an option for oily skin.
Extra-Comfort Toning Lotion for Dry and Sensitive Skin (review)
Another favourite. This may be the best toner for dry and sensitive skin that I personally tried. I can definitely tell the difference, the skin feels more hydrated and I’d say that it calms and soothes. This combined with a good serum feels like heaven for tight and flaky dry skin.
Clarins Toning Lotion with Camomile for Dry and Normal Skin (review)
Although, this is the toner which gets a lot of coverage, I did not find it to be anything extraordinary. Don’t get me wrong, it is a good product but probably a better option for normal skin.
Clarins Gentle Exfoliator Brightening Toner (review)
This is a winner! A gentle but effective exfoliator. I use it religiously two-three times per week which is what brand recommends and what is enough for me personally. I use it on the face and then, with what is left on the cotton, use it on my hands.
I really wish Clarins also had a rose water spray which I could use to re-hydrate and refresh my skin on the go.
Stay tuned for the second part which will be dedicated to cleansers.
Clarins is available from Escentual.com, Nordstorm, Sephora, Bergdorf Goodman, Selfridges,Harrods
FYI: Exfoliating Toner was a PR sample, everything else bought by myself. This is not a sponsored post.
