So here is the final review for the Illamasqua’s Generation Q makeup collection for AW 2012.
I have already reviewed the blusher in Allure and intense lip gloss in Boost.
And now it’s time for the Precision Ink in Wisdom (£17) which is described as antiqued gold.
I actually already did a detailed review of the brand’s Precision Inks so I will not repeat myself as you can read the review here. But I’ll just say that I really love these. They are not hard to apply, even if you are not very experienced when it comes to liquid eye liner, have amazing pigmentation and colour pay off. Also the colours are original.
My favourite thing is that the liner stays glossy even when they are dry. By glossy I mean that the shade doesn’t look dull or faded.
I would recommend not to blink until the liner is dry as you may smudge it. But once it’s set – it stays on really well!
The shades that I have: Wisdom, Alchemy, Abyss and Havoc.
My favourite is actually Havoc, without a doubt. I think it is such an original colour, a gorgeous aubergine. The other two shades are white and shimmering nude.
I really hope Illamasqua will bring out a burgundy eye liner in the future.
Illamasqua is available from Selfridges and ASOS.
I’m pretty sure I need Wisdom in my life! Such a nice antique bronze shade!
I think you will like it, Sunny!
wisdom and havoc are so pretty
I agree 🙂
Love Wisdom, it’s so rich and beautiful!
I want Alchemy *_* .
It is amazing, Ana.
