Independent Beauty: Norfolk Natural Living

I am happy to continue sharing about the independent beauty brands which I like. Hence, today it’s all about Norfolk Natural Living.

The company was founded by a trained aromatherapist, Bella Middleton, and is described as a “slow-luxury and wellbeing brand”. And, if you ask me, it is exactly the kind of feeling I got after browsing their website and using the products.

Such attention to detail, from the packaging and marketing to the customer service.

I have discovered the brand in February, and they had a lot less products. Only 3 scents to choose from. In addition, there were no descriptions of those scents.

However, Rose Garden, Lavender Fields and Coastal all sounded right up my street. I have decided to try Coastal first. Although I was a bit scared that it could have been one of those ozonic scents (which I personally do not like at all), I was willing to risk. As a result, I have Natural Laundry Detergent (£14.50) and a Hand Cream (£9).

And I honestly couldn’t stop smelling the products. That scent is so addictive. Instead of being a cheap and artificial scent, it was the opposite. I would describe it as musky ( I thought I could smell Cederwood/Sandalwood and Patchouli) but not over the top. And, indeed, the notes are: Bergamot, Lemon, Ylang, Jasmine, Cistus Ladaniferus absolute, Pine Needle Patchouli, Elemi, Cedarwood, Sandalwood.

Natural Laundry Detergent

Do you need to spend £14.50 on a detergent? Probably not but it was such a beautiful product that I would get the rose and lavender ones, too. By the way, Norfolk Natural Living also have an unscented version.

Hand Cream

As for the hand cream, it was really lovely, too. Long time readers will know how much I am love my hand creams. Well, this is the only one I wanted to use once I’ve got it. My hands were silky smooth and delicious – smelling! The cream was complimentary, too. Win-win.

Lastly, I have to mention that the products arrived very quickly and the shipping was free. And how cool is that box?

As you can tell, I am really impressed, and would definitely get more products from Norfolk Natural Living in the future from their website.

  1. Fragrance is fragrance, is fragrance is fragrance, fragrance is fragrance. .You can be just as allergic to natural organic ingredients as you are to synthetic ingredients. I’m proof of that I am very allergic to roses and anything with lavender in it makes my skin itch.
