I’ve decided to show you my “Top 5” nail polishes for Autumn/Winter. It was actually very hard to choose only five, but these are definitely my favourites.
Rimmel Blue Vogue
One of my favourite nail polishes. It is a sophisticated dark blue with subtle shimmer. I adore the wide brush, the formula and the staying power. Here is me wearing it on the nails.
Illamasqua Viridian
It is probably my favourite nail varnish out of all that I have! The formula, the shade and the staying power are fantastic! I don’t think I could love it more. Maybe if the brush was wider… You can see me wearing it here.
Revlon Red
I had to include a classic red, Revlon Red is not necessarily my favourite shade and not my favourite brush, although I did get used to it and my technique really improved. My favourite red is actually from Sally Hansen but the name rubbed off so I better find it out somehow.
Bourjois No29 Dangereusement Rouge
It is a perfect berry wine colour, glossy and opaque. But I would like to get such shade with a different brush. Any suggestions? Swatches here.
A England Bridal Veil
I adore classic glossy black nail polish! But I have decided to pick something which is more fun. This is a black nail polish with holographic glitter. Looks breathtaking in the (rare) rays of the Autumn sun. See the swatches here.
I’d love to hear your favourites, too!
Love these! I love taupe nail colors for fall too. Over the Taupe by OPI and Wet Cement by Wet n Wild are among my fav taupes. 🙂
Thanks for sharing, Melissa!
Viridian is so gorgeous!
Yes, my favourite.
