Last week I’ve spent several hours re-organizing my lipsticks: sorting out what to give away, coordinating what is left colour-wise, getting out the shades I should use more often and making a wish-list of what I want to check out. And don’t we all want new lip products for Spring?
Here is a selection of some new products that you can check out. And oh my goodness, those Gucci and Dior lipsticks look incredible! Mostly because, to be honest, I am kind of tired of those matte opaque lipsticks, gimme all the shine and gloss.
Dior Addict Gel Lacquer £26.50 from Selfridges and $35 from Bergdorf Goodman and Sephora.
Described as the new-generation lacquer stick which are as easy to apply as it is to wear. You get colour and comfort of a lip balm, it also promised about 6 hours of wear. Dior lipsticks are amazing so I expect a lot from this one. There are tonnes of shades to choose from, even a blue one.
Gucci Butterfly, Sheer Lipstick, $40 from Saks and Neiman Marcus
“Creating a dewy, fresh look, Gucci Sheer Lipstick’s light creamy formula glides on evenly and smoothly to the lips, moisturizing while infusing with a semitransparent color.” Those colours look so incredible on the promo, I need all of them.

Burberry Lip Colour Contour, £24 from Burberry.
Burberry are adapting “the see now buy” now trend, and you can already get the new lipsticks they used for the AW18 show. The Lip Colour Contour come in Fair, Light, Medium and Dark shades and they, as the name suggests, are 3-in-1 product which allows you to create a fuller lip, as seen on the Runway.
Kevin Aucoin The Molten Lip Color, $30 from Barneys
High impact, metallic liquid lip colour with multi-dimensional pearls which illuminate lips with the most intense pigments for a voluminous metallic reflection. The formula is described as soft and moisture-rich. Each can be worn alone or mixed with other shades and products.
