Beauty Inspiration: Model Morphosis

This week I came across Model Morphosis which is simply brilliant!

The photographer Greg Kessler took  photos of the models before and after the makeup is done during the Fashion Weeks.

On the picture below you can see Ginta Lapina for example at Lanvin show. The makeup is by Pat McGrath and hair by Guido Palau.

All you have to do is just drag the arrow and watch how the face of the model changes step-by-step.  So much fun!

I hope you enjoy it as much as I do.

Favourite Beauty and Not Only Things Of The Week

I should have written this post yesterday but, to tell the truth, I was too lazy busy reading my book and catching up on different series I watch. So it is better late than never, right?

Here are just some things that inspired me this week, both beauty related and not.

But first of all here is a snap of the products that I’ve been loving lately.

I   like this makeup by Pat McGrath for Viktor & Rofl at Paris Fashion Week. This  is actually a bit strange as it is definitely not my type of look but for some reason I really like the pink and white feminine shades and the fairy-like lashes.

I was also very happy about the new  seasons of some of the shows that I am watching, especially

Chanel Spring 2011 Makeup Collection. Sneak Peak

I am always  excited to see the new collection by Chanel. So here is the preview of their Spring 2011 makeup collection. Or at least these were the products used for their Spring/Summer 2011  Ready-To-Wear Collection at Paris Fashion Week.

Take a look at the products

On this photo you can see the makeup being applied on Karlie Kloss and Erin Wasson. Interesting that the Make-up Atrists apply the shadows with those small sponges and they also use q-tips.

And here is the next nail polish which is called  Black Pearl in bottle and on nails. Plus the final look of the models!
