2022 Beauty Wish List. Part I

Here is my first Beauty Wish List for 2022. Now, how does it work for me?

Whenever I see that I am running out of a certain product (by the way, I have saved Beauty Empties on my Instagram), I start browsing that category. After all these years, I still get very excited about a new beauty product. And here are five that I plan on getting soon.

Sol de Janeiro Rio Deo Deodorant, £14 from here

Please don’t laugh but I’ve spent at least an hour browsing for a new deodorant I’d like to try. And then I discovered this. If it smells anything like the Bum Bum cream, I am all in.

Arran After The Rain Body Lotion, £16 from here

This Scottish brand has been on my “to-try” list for some time now. Pretty much all the lines they have sound amazing. But After the Rain with the notes of rose, lime and sandalwood is right up my street.

Balmain Hair Texturizing Salt Spray 200ml  for £25.95 from here

I’ve heard a lot of good things about the Balmain hair range and now, that I am running out of all my styling products, it’s time to give it a go.

I have also almost finished my favourite brown eye pencil, believe it or not. So can get a new one. I really loved Victoria Beckham Satin Kajal Liner in Bordeaux so can treat myself to a Cocoa shade. It is priced pretty reasonably at £20.

Makeup product which I buy a few times per year is, of course, a new mascara. And maybe I should finally try that Gucci L’Obscur mascara (for £30). Who knows, maybe it will be a waste of money. But, maybe, it will change my life. Or at least the way my lashes look.
