I am a big fan of cleansing balms and melting cleansers mostly because they work great for my dry and sensitive skin, and also because I love to massage my face while using a cleanser.
It all started with Elemis Melting Cleansing Gel (review) back in 2011, and I never looked back! Over the years I have now tried quite a few, so decided to make a lill’ round-up. Maybe, if you are looking for such kind of cleanser, this will be helpful.
Elemis Pro-Collagen Cleansing Balm (review)
It smells great and can be also used as a mask.
Clinique Take The Day Off Cleansing Balm (review)
Scent free, should work for different skin types.
REN Rosa Centifolia No1 Purity Cleansing Balm (review)
This is my personal favourite, doesn’t dry out the skin and makes it soft and smooth.
Clarins Pure Melt Cleansing Gel (review)
Clarins never let me down, this cleanser is not an exception.
Terre d’Oc Milky Make-up Remover Oil Review (review)
Oh, and here is my beauty wish list, you can see what cleansers I plan to purchase next… Anything else I should add? Which is your favourite one?
I would definitely try the Chamomile cleansing balm from The Body Shop, maybe even the cleansing oil. I really like the balm. Granted, it has been my first foray into cleansing balms, but still. It feels great on the skin, doesn’t make me break out and the price is good.
Thanks, Yasmin!
