Regular readers may know that I am the biggest fan of blackberry scented beauty products. I adore Blackberry (Mure Sauvage) range from Yves Rocher ever since one of my friends got me the spray about 8 years ago. I also love Jo Malone’s Blackberry and Bay cologne, it is truly one of my favourites.
This is why I’ve decided to get myself a blackberry scented body lotion from Yves Rocher last week.
Body creams, lotions, butters and oils are my thing, I have tonnes of them in my bathroom. But this is the one I have been using everyday ever since I’ve bought it. And let me tell you why.
It has a light texture which is exactly what you want during the summer heat. It melts into the skin, leaving it feeling moisturized (it contains sweet almond oil and shea butter) and hydrated an really smooth without any residue. It is a perfect formula and texture for warmer weather.
I am not a fan of wearing perfume when it’s hot but still love a nice subtle scent – so this body lotion is also perfect for this purpose.
I really, really love it, and will be buying a new bottle when I finish this one for sure.
I’ve also noticed these two limited edition summer scents – Lemon Basil and Apple and Star Anise. Both smell so nice that I need them in my life. And so do you 😉
